The perfect size for all those "ouchy" moments! 
 
These cute 100% cotton pouches are filled with British grown linseed.  Store them in the freezer, and grab when needed to soothe those little bumps and bruises.  The perfect alternative for disposable ice packs, or plastic cold pack alternatives.
 
Simply pop them back in the freezer after each use until they are needed again!  As and when you no longer need, snip off a corner and empty the linseed into your food waste.  The cotton pouch can be recycled as rags.
 
ALLERGY / ITCHY EYE RELIEF 
These cold packs are also amazing for itchy eye relief, especially helpful during hay fever season or for anyone suffering from allergies (take it from someone who knows!).  Simply place the ice pack over your eye for immediate relief from the itchy symptoms, and leave for a few minutes. Perfect for little ones, but also fantastic for adults.  I regularly grab one of these from my freezer when itchy eyes hit!

S T O R A G E 
Store in your freezer until needed.  Once they have been used to soothe, pop them back in the freezer again until next time!
